Fabric Requirements and Recommendations:

When selecting a fabric, consider the following:
Weight: mid-weight fabrics are best suited for the Acacia dress, as they will drape well and provide a comfortable fit.
Texture: Choose fabrics with a smooth texture to enhance the dress’s silhouette and prevent any unwanted texture from distracting from the design.
Print: Opt for a plain fabric or one with a non-contrasting print to ensure the dress’s design features are visible. Avoid bold or busy prints that might overpower the dress’s cut.

Before starting the project choose your size by taking measurements.

BUST - Place the tape around the fullest part of the bust. Wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement. Make sure the tape is placed horizontally across the back and under the arms.
WAIST– Place a tape around the natural waistline. Measure the circumference of your waist, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.

HIPS - Measure the fullest part of the hips from behind. Make sure that the tape is placed horizontally around the body and does not drop down on one side.
