The Savanna shorts pattern is an intermediate sewing pattern. Each pattern size is located on a separate layer of the PDF file. The detailed instructions include pattern assembling, recommended materials, fabric requirements, cutting layouts for all sizes and models, descriptions for all sewing process with photos and diagrams!
Seam allowances are included.
To sew the Savanna shorts, choose fabrics with the following properties:
- Medium-weight, structured, breathable;
- The fabric content can include natural (cotton, linen, wool), artificial (viscose), blends (linen + cotton, cotton + viscose, wool+cotton, etc.), and synthetic fibers (polyester);
- The following fabrics are recommended: linen, denim, cotton, man-made silk, polyester.
The sample is made from linen. This fabric is medium-weight, structured.

Before starting the project choose your size by taking measurements.
BUST - Place the tape around the fullest part of the bust. Wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement. Make sure the tape is placed horizontally across the back and under the arms.
WAIST– Place a tape around the natural waistline. Measure the circumference of your waist, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
HIPS - Measure the fullest part of the hips from behind. Make sure that the tape is placed horizontally around the body and does not drop down on one side.
